A lot happened on the Oriel site in 2023. This video (two minutes, 30 seconds) shows demolition of six existing buildings on the site, an archaeological dig carried out by the Museum of London Archaeology and four cranes installed in October and November.
The video also shows 81 boreholes that were each drilled to a depth of 172 metres to install the ground source heat pumps – part of our ambition to adopt lean, clean and green ways of working.
